Health Insurance

To use your health cover at our clinic, please follow these steps:

1. Obtain a referral for osteopathy from your GP.
2. Contact your insurance company to receive an authorization number.
3. When booking your appointment, provide our reception team with your authorization number, membership number, and the total number of authorized sessions.
4. If booking online, include all the above information in the booking note.
5. Inform us of any excesses on your policy to avoid unexpected charges later.

We only bill directly to AXA. Clients with other insurance providers must pay for their sessions upfront. We will issue a receipt so you can claim reimbursement from your health provider.

Please note that we need 24 hours notice if you cannot make an appointment or the full fee will be charged.

If you would like us to claim directly from your insurer, you must provide your authorisation code before your first appointment. If no code is provided, you will be required to pay for the appointment yourself. We also can provide an invoice for you to claim reinbursement from your insurer dependant on your policy requirements.

Insurers will not cover appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. In these cases, you will be liable for the full fee.
