Health Insurance

To use your health cover at our clinic, please follow these steps:

1. Obtain a referral for osteopathy from your GP.
2. Contact your insurance company to receive an authorization number.
3. When booking your appointment, provide our reception team with your authorization number, membership number, and the total number of authorized sessions.
4. If booking online, include all the above information in the booking note.
5. Inform us of any excesses on your policy to avoid unexpected charges later.

Please note, we only bill directly to AXA. Clients with other insurance providers must pay for their sessions upfront. We will issue a receipt so you can claim reimbursement from your health provider.
